CONVENTION AT A GLANCE
The schedule of the three-day convention is inserted inside the Convention Folder. You may use this for your easy reference for the duration of the Convention.
CONVENTION IDs
For easy identification and security purposes, delegates are required to wear their Convention ID at all times within the Convention venue.
For companies sending a different delegate every day, the delegate shall follow these steps:
1. Proceed to Table # 7 and present the official receipt as proof of payment.
2. Surrender the Convention ID previously issued to your companion. Fill out the Information Card so your ID can be prepared. You may claim your ID after thirty (30) minutes.
Remember: Your ID is your Entrance Ticket to the Convention venue as well as all the Concurrent Sessions!
CONCURRENT SESSIONS
1. You will find the Concurrent Sessions Schedule inside your Convention Folder. Choose your Concurrent Session and proceed to the venue of the Session at the appointed time.
2. No need for Concurrent Session Stubs in order to attend the Session, but come early for your Concurrent Session. Since admission is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis, no other delegates will be allowed to enter once the allotted number of delegates have come into the room.
3. To ensure that all Concurrent Sessions achieve the objective of optimizing learning among the delegates, slots are limited to 60 delegates per Session.
4. For questions regarding Concurrent Sessions, refer to any of the following:
- Track Coordinators:
- Registration Committee Volunteers
CONVENTION KITS
The number of Convention Kits to be given to a company depends on the number of registered delegates from the said company. Should there be a change as to who will attend the Convention on a particular day, no additional Convention Kit will be issued.
MEALS
Your Meal Stub is Your Pass!
Lunch is served buffet style, so waiters assigned at the buffet table will collect your meal stubs. On the other hand, during coffee breaks, delegates are to be seated at their respective tables in order to be served their snacks upon presentation of meal stubs.
If your company is sending different individuals per day, the original delegate must turn over their meal stubs to the substitute/s. No additional meal stubs will be issued if meal stubs are lost.
