He/She must:

The Outstanding L&D Professional demonstrated excellence through implementation of successful learning interventions generating positive impact to the department or organization.

The Outstanding L&D Professional successfully optimized blended learning methodologies that resulted in unleashing the learner’s potentials.

The Outstanding L&D Professional demonstrated excellence in training conduct evident in consistent positive training feedback

He/She must have:

1. implemented effective learning interventions that created a positive impact on the department or organization
2. successfully optimized blended learning methodologies that resulted in the unleashing of the learner’s potentials
3. demonstrated excellence in training conduct, evident in consistent positive training feedback

Minimum Requirement: 2 to 3 years full-time training background

 

 

OUTSTANDING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Outstanding L&D Manager is a respected internal business partner garnering consistent positive results for the different working groups in their organization.

The Outstanding L&D Manager inspires excellence in their team as seen through consistent overall team performance and impact.

The Outstanding L&D Manager consistently demonstrates strategic leadership and management of the L&D team seen in growth, development and promotion of direct reports

He/She must have:

1. garnered consistent positive results for the different working groups in the organization, thus, becoming a respected internal business partner
2. inspired excellence in his/her team as seen through consistent overall team performance and impact
3. consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and management of the WLP team as seen in growth, development and promotion of direct reports

Minimum Requirement: 3 to 5 years as a full-time Training Manager

 

 

OUTSTANDING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONAL CHAMPION

The Outstanding L&D Organizational Champion is a proven champion of L&D initiatives that inspire the organization to continuously pursue performance excellence.

The Outstanding L&D  Organizational Champion has provided accolades for the organization as a result of L&D initiatives.

The Outstanding L&D Organizational Champion promotes an organizational culture of ‘giving back to the community’ as shown through CSR initiatives championed through the L&D team

Organization must be:

1. an advocate of WLP initiatives that inspire the organization to continuously pursue performance excellence
2. provided accolades for the organization as a result of WLP initiatives
3. promoted an organizational culture of ‘giving back to the community’ as shown through CSR initiatives realized through the WLP team

Minimum Requirement: 100 employees; 2 to 3 trainers; 5 years in the business

 

 

OUTSTANDING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM/ INTERVENTION

The Outstanding L&D Program/ Intervention was successfully implemented and generated positive direct business results.

The Outstanding L&D Program/ Intervention received evident positive feedback from either internal or external client or both.

The Outstanding L&D Program/ Intervention provided measured cost savings for the organization and completed as projected.

The Outstanding L&D Program/ Intervention have alignment of L&D initiatives and

The Program/Intervention must have:

1 . been successfully implemented and generated positive direct business results
