The Board and Its Functions

The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) Board of Trustees is made up of goal oriented, proficiently knowledgeable HR professionals who, while they have various backgrounds, all share the goals of the Association and are steadfast to its mission and vision. The Board of Trustees are composed of fifteen (15) members; Three (3) from which are elected from the lifetime members of the Society; Immediate Past President automatically serves as Member of the Board  and the other eleven (11) members elected by active members of the Society.

They are granted absolute ability to establish regulations and policies as may tend to the good and wholesome government of the organization. Other statutory duties of the Board include the appointment of personnel and primary administrative officers, the purchase and disposition of real property and the establishment of remuneration scales. In brief, the Board of Trustees has the ultimate responsibility for the financial, administrative and academic affairs of the organization.

PSTD Council of Advisers

The current Council of Advisers is composed of former and current members of the Independent Trustees of the Philippine Society for Talent Development Foundation, Inc. As a body, it serves as adviser of the Foundation on more strategic concerns and direction such as recommending policy guidelines, structures, and mechanisms to safeguard the resources of the foundation through good governance. It shall be represented in the Board by the elected three (3) Independent Trustees.
