Training Fundamentals Asynchronous Program – 2022

Philippine Society for Talent Development Inc. (PSTD) brings you the Training Fundamentals asynchronous program, a 2-hour foundational course that you can take at your own time, filled with the critical need-to-know items so you can confidently embark on a career in workplace learning!

After taking this introductory course, which covers the areas of needs analysis and assessment, instructional design and delivery, and evaluation of needs-based and learner-centric training interventions, you will have completed one of the pre-requisites to achieving the other levels of certification in the PSTD Master Trainer program.

This course is delivered virtually by Ms. SJ Relucio, a Training Specialist and Module Designer, is designed to be efficient, and enjoyable. Upon completion, you would be equipped to prepare a personal development plan for reviewing existing training policies, programs, and practices based on relevant T&D concepts and principles.
