In such case, payment made shall be returned or the participant shall be rescheduled. Cancellation or reschedule made before the 10-day period prior to start of course will not be charged any cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedule made within the 10-day period prior to course schedule shall be charged a cancellation fee. Fifty percent (50%) of the course fee shall apply. Cancellation and reschedule on the day itself and no-show shall be billed the full course fee. Communication and notification regarding changes in schedule should be emailed to Mr. Nathaniel Moncera, programs@jeduardos14.sg-host.com. For proper handling, requests for cancellations will be accommodated until 4:00 pm via email. Emails received after 4:00 pm will be considered for the next work day.
