The categories are as follows: Outstanding Learning and Development Professional, Outstanding Learning and Development Manager, Outstanding Learning and Development Organizational Champion, Outstanding Learning and Development Program/ Intervention and Outstanding Learning and Development Leader Extraordinaire.
