Training Fundamentals (Masterclass)

This 10-hour foundational course aims to introduce the concepts and principles of learning and develop the technical competencies of participants, specifically in the areas of needs analysis and assessment, instructional design and delivery, and evaluation of needs-based and learner-centered training interventions.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Towards Design

This 10-hour virtual instructor- led Training Needs Analysis (TNA) provides the basic knowledge and conceptual skills to conduct TNA using “performance gap analysis” and “task analysis”. to Result of the TNA study enables the designer to identify the basic objective and content of a training program.

Managing Learning and Development Function

The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) Foundation, Inc. is a professional organization for practitioners in the field of Training and Development in the Philippines. It is committed to the professional development of its members as well as the development of the profession itself. As one of its flagship programs, PSTD has developed the Certified Training and Development Manager to help leaders in the Talent Development profession become strategic partners in enabling the achievement of business goals through effective management of the talent development function in both virtual and physical environments.

Assessing Training Effectiveness Based on Needs

This course in conducting training evaluation provides a step by step guide to pursuing training effectiveness measurement and evaluation. While there are many approaches to evaluating training effectiveness, a needs-based approach following Donald’s Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation is the most practical and logical framework as it shows how evaluation can be done, aligned to the needs of the organization to establish how a training program contributes to organizational results.
