He is a seasoned executive and HR Leader with more than 25 years’ experience in Human Capital Strategy specializing in Organization Development, Change Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has led various enterprise-wide initiatives in business & people strategy alignment, corporate restructuring, talent management, and culture transformation.
He has worked in the fields of fast-moving consumer goods, IT & telecommunications, and analytics & consulting. Shifting from HR to General Management, Myke led a data analytics start-up as Deputy General Manager handling business development & sales, consulting, product management & marketing. Myke has worked in a variety of settings from start-up to corporate, local and multi-national, and local and regional; giving him a broad perspective of the dynamics of business, organizations, and culture.
