She is an Organizational Development practitioner whose work history intersects the Travel & Tourism, BPO & Learning professions. Her focus was in the areas of leadership, coaching & mentoring and, more intensely in the last 10 years, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. From her first foray into leadership as F&B manager, she has since gotten involved in several public & private initiatives. The programs she helped create and/ or implemented equip the mostly Filipino workforce with the knowledge and skills for employability and career mobility.
O earned her BS HRA degree from UP Diliman and her Diploma for Organizational Development from Ateneo CORD. She is also a certified facilitator of Development Dimensions International (DDI), the International Labour Organization’s Women in Business program, Google’s I am Remarkable and the CCAP/ IBPAP programs (Contact Center Services, TM Plus & SMP with TESDA and CHED).
She currently sits at the board of TP Women PH and as Disability Lead for TP Global DEI. She also runs her passion project #Ang10KLibro where she sends donated books to the public school libraries and barangays in provinces. A Space Maker, Coach, Mentor, Idea Generator and great believer in YOLO – her mission is Enabling Better Life Stories for the Filipina.
