Certified Training Analyst

This 10-hour TNA program provides the basic knowledge and conceptual skills to conduct TNA using a competency-based approach to ensure that the training programs address the competency requirements at strategic, operational, and individual levels.

Certified Training Designer

The three-day Course on Training Design Certification Program is designed for workplace learning and development (L&D) practitioners who see the need to refine or strengthen their competency in training design. It will cover all the key elements of the training design process, using the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) Model of Instructional Systems Development.

Certified Training Facilitator

This course will help the participants appreciate the presentation and facilitation concepts necessary for conducting an engaging course. They will be able to recognize which facilitation methods fit their learning objectives and use the same not just to engage the learners but also to assess their progress.

Certified Training Evaluator

This training program is designed to develop these high-demand key competencies and will help participants explore instructional designer, trainer, managerial, and other relevant roles in the industries.

Talent Development Planning: Perspectives, Practices and Challenges Survey

The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD), in partnership with Fourthwall, recently conducted a comprehensive survey on the talent development planning practices and challenges faced by organizations in the Philippines. The purpose of this research was to gather valuable data on prevalent talent development planning programs and initiatives.
