The role of talent development practitioners in bridging the skills gap and nurturing the growth of individuals is vital. The Philippine Society for Talent Development, the country’s foremost talent development practitioners’ community is relatively small, consisting of just around 400 members. It is essential to recognize the urgency of growing a robust and inclusive community of talent development practitioners in the country to hopefully, reach its #PSTDRoadto1K target by the end of the year.
