Penny has a total of 23 years of Human Resources experience. She has performed Human Resources Management Generalist functions handling all facets of Human Resources from Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Relations at various Multinational organizations such as Dell, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Infor, and BMW Philippines. She has notable achievements in her HR profession that focus in organization and culture transformation, driving employee engagement and retention, and building organizational capabilities. 

Penny was recently connected with Infor, a leading provider of business software and services, helping 70,000 customers in 164 countries improve operations and drive growth. as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In her current role, she handles HR Business Partnerships, HR Operations, and HR Analytics. She also has extensive Human Resources experience at Dell Philippines, mainly responsible for consultation and program facilitation to enable the business in achieving HR people objectives for the largest business unit comprising 400 employees. She was also a significant contributor in the start-up, set up, and launch of the Quezon City site—from zero employees to about 1,000 strong workforces.
