Roger Collantes is the Founder and CEO of the Asian Institute of Digital Transformation (AIDT), an educational partnership between Union Bank of the Philippines and Global Learning Singapore. He is a best-selling motivational author, international keynote speaker, senior executive coach, award-winning startup founder, and EduTech venture builder, with 30 years of experience as a Global Talent Developer, International Learning Innovator, and Multi-Awarded Transformational Leader. Roger conducts his trademark “Thriver Leadership Program” based on his best-selling book (“Beyond Survival”), where he trains people how to thrive, not just survive, in the midst of exponential change and to “disrupt or get disrupted” in the Age of Digital Transformation. Roger was formerly the Asia Pacific Learning and Development Director for Citibank, covering more than 30,000 staff across 13 countries. He founded Citi’s training consultancy, the Institute for Learning Excellence and Accelerated Development (ILEAD), in Shanghai, China.
He is an industry icon and thought leader who has won several major awards during his professional career, including the Leading HR Professional Award from Singapore Human Resources Institute (2007); the Learning Leader Award for Excellence in Organizational Management from Bersin Associates USA (2008); Most Outstanding Contribution to HR Industry Award from HRM Singapore (2011); and Most Outstanding Learning Leader Extraordinaire Award from the Philippine Society for Training & Development (2013). Aside from AIDT, Roger founded several innovative startup ventures, including the School of Agility, Grit, and Entrepreneurship (SAGE), EduPreneurAsia, Global Learning Solutions (Singapore), MindChamps International Preschools (Philippines), and Smarter Robotics (Singapore). Smarter Robotics was awarded one of the “Ten Hottest Asia Pacific Artificial Intelligence Consulting Services Companies” in 2019 by tech magazine, CIO Advisor APAC. Roger was formerly a Senator at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), the world’s largest angel investments network affiliated with the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion, and a Faculty on Global Entrepreneurship at the WBAF Business School (Turkey).
