Mr. Dino is an enterprise cloud software and services leader/ global delivery executive with more than 33 years of experience in the I.T. and enterprise software industry. At NICE CXone, he led and built a 140+ person professional services organization that provides implementation, product education and managed services to NICE CXone’s customers and partners worldwide.
At Infor, he started up and built a 300+ person global delivery organization in Manila that provide enterprise software consulting, implementation and managed services to customers in the U.S., Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions. He started up and developed HP’s managed services business in the country, and ran HP’s education services unit to record revenue growth. He started his career as a software developer/analyst, became a Unix technical consultant and eventually became a project manager for systems integration projects at IBM.
